The successful candidate will oversee a portfolio of prestigious clients and premium contracts, ensuring exceptional service delivery, strong client relationships, and consistently high operational standards across all sites. This role requires a professional and proactive leader who can maintain the level of quality and attention to detail expected by our discerning client base while driving team performance and operational excellence.
- Managing and supporting cleaning teams across multiple sites
- Ensuring high standards of service delivery and customer satisfaction
- Handling Health & Safety, HR, Payroll, and administration duties
- Conducting site inspections and liaising with clients
- Supporting and motivating team members to achieve excellence
Qualifications & Experience
- Strong Operations Manager experience working with key accounts
- Organised, proactive, and people-focused with great communication skills
- Willingness to learn and develop existing leadership and management skills
- Located within or near Greater London with easy access to Tube network (or equivalent transport) and flexibility to travel efficiently between sites as required
