We are currently looking for a full time, reliable and motivated Class C1 or Class C HGV Driverto join our busy Solid Fuel Department.
The Role As a Solid Fuel Delivery Driver, you will deliver 40kg bags of Coal to domestic customers using either a 7.5-tonne or 12-tonne HGV Truck.
The role involves carrying stitched sacks of coal to customers bunkers, or stores so a good level of physical fitness is essential.
You will be responsible for ensuring the truck is loaded with the correct products off our delivery app, and that deliveries are completed safely, accurately, and on time while providing friendly customer service along the way.
Key Responsibilities Deliver solid fuel to domestic and commercial customers using a 7.5-tonne or 12-tonne HGV.
Check that the correct quantities of goods are loaded before leaving.
Be signed off by a supervisor Ensure deliveries are completed accurately and efficiently.
Follow all road safety, health and safety, and company procedures.
Complete any required delivery app processes accurately.
