Your Opportunity

  • This is a permanent part time role

  • Cover the Stornoway PPC generally every other Saturday 0800-1200hrs and every other Tuesday 0900-1200hrs but on occasion are asked to cover additional days for other clients.

  • The pay rate is £13.37 per hour paid to you monthly.

Key Responsibilities

  • Providing excellent customer service at all times

  • Processing candidates’ sign-in and explaining the test process to them.

  • Administering and invigilating tests

  • Ensure all compliance standards relating to the test centre operation and security protocols are adhered to

  • General Housekeeping

  • Flexible, will be able to work different days and times

  • Willing to travel to other test centres to provide support
