We are seeking a permanent, part‑time Test Centre Administrator, available for a minimum of 8.25 hours per week, and willing to work at both the Corby and Northampton test centres. The position requires ownership of a car to travel to Corby, the ability to drive, and Saturday work. Shift patterns will vary week to week. Pay rate £13.60 per hour.

Responsibilities:

  • Welcome, greet and check‑in customers/test‑taking candidates.
  • Comply with all exam testing security and procedures and follow company policies using careful judgment.
  • Verify customer/candidate personal identification documents and explain the exam testing process/rules.
  • Proctor / invigilate candidates while they are completing their exam/test.
  • Troubleshoot with internal departments, such as our IT department to fix any technical issues in the Test Centre.
  • Perform housekeeping duties such as vacuuming floors and sanitizing keyboards/workstations as necessary.
