Your Responsibilities Welcome, greet and check-in customers and candidates Comply with all exam testing security procedures and follow company policies with careful judgment Verify identification documents and explain exam rules Proctor candidates while they complete their exam Troubleshoot technical issues with internal departments such as IT Perform basic housekeeping duties such as vacuuming floors and sanitizing workstations Our Successful Applicant Friendly, professional team-player with strong customer service skills School qualifications in English and Maths Experience with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) is an advantage Flexible with shift availability Monday-Saturday, including early/midnight and weekend shifts Attention to detail, able to monitor for restricted behaviour and escort candidates to and from exam rooms We are an Equal Opportunity Employer and a member of E-Verify.
