Your Opportunity

  • This is a part-time role.
  • You will be required to work a minimum of 10 hours per month and be available Monday to Saturday.
  • The pay rate is £13.60 per hour paid to you monthly in arrears.

Key Responsibilities

  • Providing excellent customer service at all times.
  • Processing candidates’ sign-in and explaining the test process to them.
  • Administering and invigilating tests.
  • Ensuring all compliance standards relating to the test centre operation and security protocols are adhered to.
  • General housekeeping.

  • Will be a friendly and professional team player with excellent timekeeping.
  • Experience in using computers preferred including Microsoft Office (Word, Excel and Outlook).
  • Flexible, will be able to work different days and times.
  • Willing to travel to other test centres to provide support.
