Advanced Associate, Data Analytics & Business Intelligence
Your Opportunity
A role that combines data-driven decision making with contract governance and Associate compliance management, supporting both operational delivery and continuous improvement activities.
A full-time permanent role working 37.5 hours per week
You will join the Quality & Compliance team within the Associate Management department. The department consists of several specialist teams working together to support the effective engagement, management and compliance of Pearson Associates.
The Quality & Compliance team is responsible for supporting compliance, governance, contract management and reporting across our Associates, while also providing support to other teams within Associate Management.
The team works closely with internal stakeholders to ensure Associates meet regulatory, contractual and organisational requirements, while supporting operational excellence across Associate Management.
You will play a key role in the development of reporting, business intelligence and compliance monitoring solutions, helping to provide insight that supports decision-making and risk management.
You will support the management of compliance programmes including Right to Work, Data Privacy, Conflict of Interest, Data Deletion and Associate Governance activities.
You will be required to support a wide range of operational, compliance and business improvement activities as priorities dictate.
Your Primary Responsibilities
- Manage and maintain Associate contract templates, ensuring they remain accurate, compliant and aligned with business requirements.
- Develop and maintain reporting and management information to support compliance monitoring, governance activities and business decision-making.
- Work with stakeholders across Associate Management, Legal, Finance and operational teams to review, update and implement contract changes.
- Support the development and continuous improvement of contract governance processes and controls.
- Monitor contract compliance and maintain accurate contract records and documentation.
- Manage and maintain Associate compliance trackers, ensuring information is accurate, complete and up to date.
- Support compliance activities including Right to Work, Data Privacy, Conflict of Interest, Data Deletion and other Associate governance requirements.
- Monitor compliance obligations and proactively identify and escalate potential risks, issues or non-compliance.
- Produce regular management information and reporting relating to contract governance and Associate compliance activities.
- Support audits, governance reviews and regulatory compliance activities.
- Support wider Quality & Compliance and Associate Management activities as required.

Previous Experience and Qualifications
Essential
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel, Word and SharePoint.
- Experience managing and maintaining document libraries and records.
- Experience analysing and interpreting data to support decision-making.
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
- Experience following documented processes and procedures.
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
Desirable
- Experience using Power Automate and Microsoft 365 solutions.
- Experience supporting compliance, governance, audit or risk management activities.
- Knowledge of contract management or contract compliance processes.
- Experience in process mapping, process improvement and workflow automation.
