Responsibilities
- Welcome, greet and check-in customers/test-takers.
- Comply with all exam testing security procedures and company policies.
- Verify candidate personal identification documents and explain exam testing process/rules.
- Proctor / invigilate candidates during exams.
- Troubleshoot technical issues with internal departments (e.g., IT).
- Perform housekeeping duties such as vacuuming floors and sanitizing keyboards/workstations as necessary.
Qualifications
- Friendly and professional team-player.
- School-level qualifications in English and Maths.
- Experience with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) is an advantage.
- Flexible to work a variety of shifts any day Monday through Saturday.
- Capable of sitting for long periods and escorting candidates to and from exam rooms.
