In this first-line manager role, the Team Supervisor supports daily execution within a product squad, ensuring that core processes such as requirements gathering, backlog refinement, and user story delivery meet procedural standards. The supervisor is responsible for monitoring team progress, addressing workflow disruptions, and assisting with immediate challenges. The Product Director will lead product management for a high impact transformation programme in Pearson Qualifications. They will drive the design and delivery of Agentic product experiences for qualifications' customers, learners and internal staff, while embedding product excellence across the organisation. They will also be responsible for upskilling and coaching an emerging product team, fostering a culture of innovation, accountability and continuous improvement.

- Experience managing and developing high-performing product teams, including upskilling, coaching, and embedding product excellence practices.
- Strong background in translating strategic transformation priorities into actionable product roadmaps, balancing operational health, compliance, and risk management across multiple product lines.
- Proven ability to partner with senior leaders across technology, business, and operations to drive cohesive execution, budget allocation, and operational adjustments.
