In this role you will lead the country's most successful maths team of high-performing product professionals, responsible for the most used maths qualifications and teaching and learning resources in the UK that are also used extensively around the world. This is a pivotal leadership role, combining strategic oversight of Maths qualifications and teaching and learning products with day-to-day line management, coaching and development of staff. You will play a central role in shaping the direction of Maths at Pearson and in UK schools and colleges.

Responsibilities

  • Lead the vision and strategic direction for Maths products, ensuring alignment with educational frameworks and regulatory standards.
  • Drive continuous improvement by analysing performance data and learner feedback to inform product enhancements.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver engaging, high-quality Maths solutions for schools and colleges.
  • Guide and develop a team of product managers and specialists, fostering a culture of innovation and accountability.
  • Ensure Maths products remain competitive and relevant by monitoring industry trends and stakeholder needs.
