Overview
In this role you lead international qualification development and strategy, shaping market-winning qualifications and supporting teaching materials. You work across the International Qualifications Product team and central Qualification Development teams to align with regulatory and organizational goals. You will manage the qualification lifecycle, drive process improvements, and develop talent to deliver high-quality, impactful education products. This is a high-visibility role focused on global qualification reform, quality assurance, and cross-functional collaboration to delight teachers and learners.
Responsibilities
- Lead design, development and implementation of international qualifications and learning materials
- Maintain and communicate the Qualification Development Pipeline across the international suite
- Ensure timelines, processes and regulatory alignment for development deliverables
- Lead training and development of the International Product team and external writers/reviewers
- Oversee approval processes and QA checks to ensure submission-ready qualifications
- Manage amendments log and advise on regulatory issues
- Articulate opportunities to innovate processes and accountabilities, and drive end-to-end design alignment
- Support relationships between Product and Assessment teams for timely involvement in development and approvals
- Lead and manage Product Developers to deliver on time, cost and quality targets
- Oversee budgets and forecast revenues for international qualifications
