We are looking for an Advanced Associate, Sales Enablement Assistant to support the Pearson School Qualifications International business. This role is responsible for the day-to-day operational delivery of relationship marketing and sales enablement activity, including sales reporting, sales platform support, budget tracking, KPI reporting and coordination of events.

The role reports to the International Sales Director and works closely with the international sales teams, portfolio management team, and international customer success teams.

Key Responsibilities
  • Portfolio Management operations
  • Monthly reporting on progress against KPIs (key performance indicators), and where necessary, proposing solutions to ensure targets are met
  • Maintain and update the monthly KPI report, ensuring lead data is accurate and up to date
  • Support the International Schools team in budget forecasting and tracking
  • Support for online customer events and webinars: supporting the portfolio team as in‐house webinar platform lead, setting up online event registration forms, managing the online webinar platform during live events (as support to presenting teams), and delivering post‐event webinar performance statistics
  • Provide logistical support for global face‐to‐face events and conferences, including registration management, attendee communications, badge production, shipping of collateral, coordination with external suppliers, and on‐site support where required
  • Support the portfolio team as in‐house expert on sales and lead enablement platforms (Form Assembly, Smartsheet)
  • Coordinate with internal teams to manage updates and changes to sales assets and systems
  • Support international sales teams with timely and accurate product, market, and performance information
  • Ownership of our sales enablement platform (this is currently Showpad and will be moving to Seismic). Ensuring it is updated, used and developed. Including an annual content audit and monthly meetings with platform champions
  • Deliver regular lead reports for regional SLTs, geo calls, and internal drop‐ins
  • Manage the weekly extraction, cleansing, upload, and distribution of leads from Form Assembly into Smartsheet
  • Support internal sales initiatives, including summer virtual sales training programmes, new starter onboarding on sales enablement platforms, internal sales conferences and events
  • Lead on delivery of annual product catalogues and pricing update
  • Manage the "Find a Centre" webpage, ensuring updates are completed on a fortnightly basis
  • Attend relevant industry webinars and share key insights with the wider team
  • Updating Marketing copy on product platforms (PDH) when requested
  • Manage Customer Talk including weekly and annual reporting
  • Provide analysis of global revenue, sales pipeline performance and subscription data on request
  • Work with market intelligence providers and manage third‐party data sources as required
  • Monthly distribution of Future schools data from ISCD
  • Deliver clear, impactful summaries or presentations as required
  • Maintain customer data accuracy and participate in data quality audits, to improve campaign targeting and distribution lists
  • Own the New Business Validation (NBV) process, ensuring regional pipelines are accurate, engaging with customers where required, and preparing data for final analysis
  • Produce monthly, quarterly, and ad‐hoc reports on leads, pipeline, and performance by region
  • Deliver monthly sales enablement platform usage reports for SLT and internal drop‐ins
  • Assist with the Europe sales performance tracking and other regional sales reports
  • Assist with key sales forecasting and performance reporting in Excel
  • Set up and maintain key marketing operational assets, including the budget tracker, KPI tracker, and lead reporting documentation
Experience and skillsEssential
  • Experience in marketing or sales operations, or a similar data‐driven role
  • Strong data management and reporting skills
  • Advanced Excel skills and confidence working with large data sets
  • Excellent organisational and communication skills
  • Ability to work within tight deadlines and adjust to changes in priorities
  • Excellent attention to detail and commitment to data accuracy
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
