Working closely with finance, legal, and operational teams, you'll ensure timely, accurate insights that support confident decision-making. Reporting into the Head of Enterprise Risk, who sits within the Group Treasury function, you'll provide direct exposure to strategic decision-making and financial leadership. You'll be joining a team that is committed to raising the performance bar - we value curiosity and a passion for continuous improvement. Our culture is collaborative, insight-driven, and focused on delivering meaningful impact across the business. This role offers a clear path for progression into senior risk, strategy, or data leadership roles, with exposure to executive stakeholders and opportunities to shape how risk and insurance is managed across the organisation.

- Design and apply machine learning models to enhance predictive risk capabilities and support proactive decision-making.
- Build models to assess risk tolerance and uncover correlations across risk categories.
- Build and maintain visualisations for enterprise risk management, insurance renewals, and fraud monitoring.
- Identify emerging risks and vulnerabilities through data-driven analysis and recommend mitigation strategies.
- Prepare clear, actionable materials for senior leadership and board-level reporting to inform strategic decisions.
- Maintain governance over models, ensuring traceability, version control, and compliance with risk and insurance frameworks.
- Collaborate with finance, audit, and insurance teams (external and internal) to align risk insights with business strategy.
- Insurance
- Review liability reports and claims trends; evaluate coverage gaps.
