About the role

As a Lead Business Consultant, you will play a crucial role in providing expert guidance, implementation, and support services to our clients. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure successful deployment and utilisation of our products or services. This role demands a combination of technical expertise, strong communication skills, and the ability to understand and address client needs effectively.

Key Responsibilities:

Client Engagement:

  • Collaborate with clients to understand their business objectives, challenges, and requirements.
  • Provide consultancy services to clients on best practices, system optimizations, and process improvements.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, becoming a trusted advisor.

Solution Implementation:

  • Lead or contribute to the implementation of our products or services according to client specifications.
  • Configure, customize, and integrate solutions to meet client requirements.
  • Conduct user training sessions and workshops to ensure smooth adoption of the implemented solutions.

Technical Expertise:

  • Possess deep knowledge of our products or services and stay updated on new features and advancements.
  • Troubleshoot technical issues and provide timely resolutions.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to address product gaps or technical challenges encountered during implementations.

Project Management:

  • Manage project timelines, resources, and deliverables to ensure successful project completion.
  • Communicate project status, risks, and issues to stakeholders in a clear and concise manner.
  • Proactively identify opportunities to enhance project efficiency and client satisfaction.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or related field (or equivalent experience).
  • Proven experience in consulting, project management, or related roles.
  • Strong technical aptitude and proficiency in relevant technologies.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
  • Relevant certifications (e.g., PMP, ITIL, AWS, Salesforce) are a plus.
