We support curriculum, qualifications, and assessments globally, delivering exams to over a million students annually in more than 80 countries.
Role Summary: A multidisciplinary designer experienced in print and digital design, working closely with colleagues across the business. The role involves managing others, travel, and servicing overseas contracts. Excellent communication skills are essential for managing partner design teams and ensuring quality output.
Requirements:
- 7+ years experience in assessment/education design.
- Experience in colour and black & white print production, PDF diagnostics.
- Ability to fulfill client needs while meeting technical requirements.
- Design and engineer print solutions, including LTR and RTL documents (experience with Arabic DTP is a plus).
- Knowledge of UX/UI design, prototyping, and WCAG accessibility standards.
- Experience managing UX/UI designers.
- Ability to create high-quality software simulations and training videos with animated graphics and voiceovers.
- Proficiency in Adobe InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop, Acrobat Pro, Figma, Adobe Premiere, After Effects, and Audition. Knowledge of Adobe Captivate is advantageous.
