Work Details

  • Hours: 4.75 hours per week (part‑time)

Responsibilities

  • Welcome, greet, and check‑in customers/test‑taking candidates.
  • Comply with all exam testing security procedures and company policies.
  • Verify customer/candidate personal identification documents and explain the exam testing process/rules.
  • Proctor/invigilate candidates while they complete their exam/test.
  • Troubleshoot technical issues in collaboration with the IT department.
  • Perform housekeeping duties such as vacuuming floors and sanitising keyboards/workstations.

Qualifications

  • Ability to work a variety of shifts, including early mornings, late evenings, weekends, and holidays.
  • Strong attention to detail, monitoring for restricted behaviour and noticing details from a distance.
  • Good organisational and communication skills; a friendly and professional demeanor.
  • Qualifying school GCSEs in English and Maths.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) is an advantage.
  • Driver’s licence not required, but beneficial.
