Join Pearson VUE to support the secure delivery of online exams at our Test Centres. In this role you will provide exceptional customer service to exam candidates while ensuring compliance with all security protocols.
Responsibilities:
- Welcome, greet and check‑in customers/test‑taking candidates.
- Comply with all test‑security procedures and company policies using careful judgment.
- Verify customer/candidate personal identification documents and explain the exam‑testing process and rules.
- Proctor / invigilate candidates while they are completing their exam/test.
- Troubleshoot technical issues in the Test Centre in collaboration with the IT department.
- Perform housekeeping duties such as vacuuming floors and sanitizing keyboards/workstations as necessary.
Qualifications:
- School qualifications in English and Maths.
- Experience with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) is an advantage.
- Flexible to work a variety of shifts, Monday through Sunday, including early mornings, late nights, and weekends.
- Excellent attention to detail, ability to monitor for restricted behaviour, and comfort working in a quiet testing environment.
Compensation and Schedule:
- Pay rate: £13.37 per hour, paid monthly.
- Shift options: AM 7:30‑14:00, PM 13:45‑20:15, Lunch 9:00‑17:00, Saturday 7:30‑12:15.
