The Role

To carry out a range of administrative support tasks related to the recruitment of Assessment Associates (AAs). This entry-level position within the Associate Recruitment Processing team ensures sufficient AAs are appointed to fulfill assessment activities.

Key Responsibilities

  • Handle routine enquiries about applications via phone and email, liaising with internal teams.
  • Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including supporting new applicants and conducting reference checks.
  • Oversee onboarding processes, maintaining bank details, HMRC data, and personal information.
  • Coordinate communication of new Examiners/Moderators/Markers to relevant departments.
  • Organize logistical arrangements for Senior AA Interviews, including venue, accommodation, and travel.
  • Maintain accurate data records and create guidance documents and process maps for new vacancies.
  • Collaborate with hiring managers to optimize recruitment processes.
  • Train new team members and assist with administrative tasks.
  • Handle high volumes of application forms and references efficiently within deadlines.

Working Pattern

Standard office hours, Monday to Friday, with flexibility during busy periods, including occasional weekends. Overtime may be compensated.
