My client is looking for a Warehouse Operative to join their growing organisation. Ideally looking for someone who has previous experience working in a warehouse or logistics environment. If this is something you have experience with, then APPLY NOW.
Duties include:
- Unload deliveries and verify goods against purchase orders
- Inspect items for damage and report any discrepancies
- Log all inbound shipments into the WMS (Warehouse Management System)
- Segregate inbound goods into correct locations for put-away
- Organise and store goods safely and efficiently
- Maintain accurate stock records using the WMS (Warehouse Management System)
- Pick and pack orders accurately according to customer requirements
- Prepare goods for dispatch, ensuring correct labelling and documentation
- Assist with loading vehicles and preparing shipping paperwork
- Liaise with couriers and transport providers to ensure timely deliveries
The successful candidate will have/be:
- Previous warehousing or logistics experience
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Basic IT skills
- Physically fit in order to occasionally lift heavier products
- Able to easily commute to Borough Green
