I'm currently recruiting for a well-organised and dependable Office Support/Receptionist to join a leading housing developer based in Mid Kent. This is an excellent opportunity for someone looking to grow within a company that genuinely values and invests in its team.

My client is seeking a confident, articulate individual to manage front-of-house responsibilities while providing essential administrative support. The ideal candidate will have previous experience handling front-of-house duties or office management.

Duties include:

  • Greet and assist visitors in a professional, welcoming manner
  • Provide administrative support to the Office Manager as needed
  • Ensure the reception area remains clean, tidy, and presentable at all times
  • Manage office supplies, including monitoring stock levels and placing orders when necessary
  • Sort and distribute incoming and outgoing post efficiently
  • Set up meeting rooms and ensure they are clean, tidy, and ready for use
  • Arrange catering as needed, including ordering lunches and serving refreshments such as tea and coffee to guests
