The Role
We are seeking a proactive and customer-focused Internal Sales & Account Executive to manage and grow existing customer accounts while delivering an excellent service experience. You will be responsible for re-engaging inactive accounts, maintaining regular outbound contact with customers, and identifying opportunities to increase sales through upselling and cross-selling. The role also involves processing orders and enquiries accurately, maintaining up-to-date customer records, and supporting inbound calls when required. You will work collaboratively with internal teams to achieve sales, margin and growth targets, while ensuring all customer communication is professional, accurate and timely.
Key Responsibilities
- Reactivate lapsed accounts and monitor customer spend trends
- Conduct daily outbound calls to build strong customer relationships
- Achieve sales, profit and growth targets
- Process orders, quotations and enquiries accurately and on time
- Maintain and update CRM/customer records
- Upsell and cross-sell to maximise order value
- Support inbound calls and provide excellent customer service
- Ensure reporting and administration are completed accurately
- Attend training and team meetings as required
- Contribute positively to team culture and special projects

- Strong telephone and communication skills
- Previous customer service or sales experience (industry experience advantageous)
- Highly organised with strong attention to detail
- Confident using Microsoft Office and CRM systems
