The firm seeks an experienced property litigation solicitor to work from London or a rated regional context.
Responsibilities
- Work on dilapidations, landlord and tenant (L and T) matters, boundary disputes and general real estate litigation.
- Develop business development skills with support from the team to explore new clients and opportunities within the local marketplace.
Qualifications
- 3+ years’ PQE (or equivalent) in property litigation from a London or rated regional firm.
- Location
Guildford area / local market presence with hybrid working options.
