This is an opportunity to join an award winning top 100 firm who are looking for a partner or senior associate to join their team based in Guildford. The firm has an outstanding reputation within dispute/conflict resolution and manages a range of clients including banking and finance institutions, insurance, retail and a range of SMEs.

This opportunity would suit either an existing partner looking to join a collegiate practice with the ability to develop and progress through the firm, or a senior associate that has perhaps reached a glass ceiling at their current firm. Ideally, you will have built up a range of clients and contacts that could be portable in a move. This is desirable but not essential. Knowledge of the Surrey area would also be desirable.

You will ideally have 8+ years PQE and have experience of working in a competitive environment and developing new instructions alongside training the more junior members of the team.
