An excellent opportunity has arisen with my client, a small but dynamic law firm based in Dover. We are seeking an experienced Family Solicitor with particular experience in Matrimonial and Finance work.
Duties include:
- Dealing with complicated issues related to family finances
- Resolving issues in a timely manner and calling upon experts where necessary
- Advising on divorce, financial settlements, property division, mediation, pre-marital agreements and cohabitation agreements
- Drafting legal documents and conducting legal research
- Assisting junior members of the team
The successful candidate will have/be:
- 2 years PQE managing your own caseload
- Strong working knowledge in matrimonial and finance
- The ability to analyse complex legal issues and provide sound legal advice
- The ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
