We’re looking for a proactive HR Coordinator / Talent Acquisition professional to join a close-knit HR team and help drive recruitment across a range of roles, from office positions to warehouse, hygiene, QA, and machine operators.
What you’ll do:
- Manage end-to-end recruitment: create engaging job adverts, conduct pre-screen calls, and deliver an exceptional candidate experience.
- Use data to inform recruitment decisions and continuously improve hiring outcomes.
