An established manufacturer of natural ventilation systems is seeking a Field Sales Representative to develop and grow sales across the North of England. This is a field-based, consultative sales role focused on specification-led projects within the construction sector, working closely with architects, consultants, specifiers, and contractors to secure projects from design stage through to completion.

Responsibilities:

  • Promote and specify natural ventilation solutions into commercial and residential construction projects
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with architects, consultants, and specifiers to secure early-stage design influence
  • Work with contractors and developers to support projects through to completion
  • Deliver CPDs, technical presentations, and product demonstrations
  • Provide technical guidance on product selection and system application
  • Manage and grow a pipeline of specification-led projects across the territory
  • Maintain accurate CRM records and sales forecasts

Experience:

  • Proven field sales experience within construction or building products
  • Experience selling into specifiers, architects, consultants, or design teams
  • Technically minded, with the ability to understand and explain engineered solutions
  • Background in ventilation, HVAC, façade, or mechanical systems
