The successful candidate will undertake a variety of contentious trusts and probate work, to include:
- Inheritance Act claims
- Executor/Trustee disputes
- Breach of trust claims
- Validity of Will challenges
- Claims relating to breach of Executor duties
- Other private wealth disputes
