Duties:
- Handle inbound calls and enquiries from customers interested in solar PV systems
- Conduct needs-based consultations to recommend suitable solar solutions
- Explain system benefits, costs, savings, and installation processes clearly and confidently
- Convert qualified inbound leads into completed sales
- Accurately record customer interactions and sales activity in the CRM system
- Work closely with design, survey, and installation teams to ensure smooth customer handover
- Maintain a high standard of customer service throughout the sales journey
- Consistently meet or exceed sales targets and KPIs
Skills:
- Minimum 1 year of experience in solar sales
- Strong phone-based sales and objection-handling skills
- Confident communicator with a professional and consultative approach
