We are seeking an organised and proactive Project Co-ordinator to support the successful delivery of IT projects across the organisation. This role is ideal for someone with strong project governance experience who enjoys working with multiple stakeholders and keeping projects on track.
Key Responsibilities
- Support the delivery of IT projects in line with PRINCE2 methodology
- Maintain and update project plans, schedules, and milestones
- Manage and maintain risk, issue, and dependency logs
- Track budgets, costs, and forecasts, highlighting variances and risks
- Prepare project documentation, reports, and dashboards for governance forums
- Support stakeholder management, ensuring clear communication and timely updates
- Coordinate meetings, actions, and project controls
- Ensure compliance with project standards and best practice
Essential Skills & Experience
- Proven experience supporting or coordinating IT projects
- Strong understanding of PRINCE2 principles and project controls
- Experience managing risk logs, plans, and budgets
- Confident working with a wide range of stakeholders
- Excellent organisational and time-management skills
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Proficient in MS Project, Excel, and other project tools
Desirable
- PRINCE2 Foundation or Practitioner certification
- Experience working in complex or multi-project environments
- Familiarity with change management or governance frameworks
