We are currently looking for a Part-Time Payroll Assistant to join our clients’ busy team based in the Medway Towns. This will be on an initial 6-month temporary basis but has the potential to be extended or turn permanent for the right candidate.
This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced Payroller that is detail-oriented and comfortable working with payroll data in a fast-paced environment, as well as assisting with wider HR administration.
Duties will include:
- Collate and input payroll data, including sickness and absence information
- Submit payroll data to external providers and perform manual calculations
- Validate, reconcile, and report payroll outputs to Finance
- Handle payroll queries from employees and stakeholders
- Set up new starters and assist with internal/external audits
- Ensure GDPR and data protection compliance
The successful candidate will:
- Be available immediately
- Have previous experience in a payroll support or payroll assistant role
- Have strong numeracy skills with excellent attention to detail and accuracy
- Be able to handle confidential and sensitive information with discretion
- Be proficient in Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Office 365
What’s on offer:
