A well-established precision manufacturing business is looking to strengthen its machine shop team with an experienced CNC Machinist. This is a hands-on role within a clean, structured production environment, ideal for someone who takes pride in accuracy, consistency and producing high-quality components.

The role:
- You'll be part of a close-knit machining team responsible for producing precision-engineered components to tight tolerances.
- The role offers variety, responsibility and long-term stability within a well-run manufacturing operation.
Key responsibilities:
- Operating CNC turning and/or milling machines
- Using manual machinery where required
- Working from engineering drawings, job cards and machining instructions
- Completing first-off and in-process inspection checks
- Accurately recording work using shop-floor systems
- Supporting production flow to meet deadlines
- Maintaining high standards of quality, safety and housekeeping
What we're looking for:
- Proven experience in a machining or precision manufacturing environment
- Hands-on experience with CNC turning and/or milling machines
