Are you an experienced Class 2 HIAB Driver looking for a long-term opportunity with a well-established company in Maidstone? We are currently recruiting for a skilled and reliable driver to join our client on a temp-to-perm basis, offering stability, competitive pay, and a supportive working environment.
Role Overview
You will be responsible for the safe and efficient operation of a Class 2 vehicle fitted with a HIAB and hook attachment, completing local deliveries to commercial and residential sites (includes London). This is a hands-on role requiring good communication skills and a strong focus on safety and customer service.
Key Responsibilities
- Safely operate a Class 2 HIAB vehicle using a hook attachment
- Complete daily deliveries in and around the South East
- Conduct vehicle and equipment checks in line with company guidelines
- Maintain accurate delivery records
- Interact professionally with customers and site personnel
- Adhere to all transport and health and safety regulations
Requirements
- Valid Class 2 licence
- HIAB certification (ALLMI or equivalent)
- Proven experience using a hook attachment
- Valid CPC and Digital Tachograph Card
- Good understanding of load security and site safety
- Reliable, punctual, and committed to long-term work
