Job Description Air Conditioning Engineer Up to £50,000 Sites based in Waterloo – London We are currently recruiting for an experienced Air Conditioning Engineer to join an established engineering team working on a high-profile static site in London. This is a great opportunity for an engineer with a strong background in air conditioning, refrigeration and mechanical building services, who is looking for a long-term role working within a professional and well-established environment. As an Air Conditioning Engineer, you will be responsible for providing both planned preventative maintenance (PPM) and reactive maintenance across the site's air conditioning assets and associated buildings. Carry out planned preventative maintenance (PPM) in line with the client's maintenance schedule. Respond to reactive maintenance requests and complete remedial works as required. Source and organise parts required to complete maintenance and repair works. Carry out risk assessments for all tasks. Provide daily updates to the client on completed and ongoing works. Coordinate and ****** subcontractors when attending site. A City & Guilds qualification in Refrigeration and Air Conditioning. A strong background in mechanical building services, ideally covering both installation and maintenance. A good understanding of Health & Safety, environmental and risk assessment procedures.
