Finance Business Partner
Our client, a growing international organisation based on the outskirts of Canterbury is seeking an experienced Finance Business Partner to join their expanding finance team.
This is an exciting opportunity to join a fast-paced, private equity-backed business supporting high-profile projects across the EMEA region.
Working closely with senior leadership, you will play a key role in providing financial insight, driving commercial decision-making, and ensuring the smooth running of the finance function across multiple international entities.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare and review monthly management accounts for UK and overseas entities.
- Support month-end reporting, financial consolidation, and intercompany reconciliations.
- Manage cashflow reporting, budgeting, and forecasting.
- Oversee transactional finance, including supplier invoices, customer billing, and employee expenses.
- Produce insightful reports for the board and investors, providing meaningful financial analysis.
- Ensure compliance with statutory reporting, tax regulations, and audit requirements.
- Identify and implement process improvements to increase efficiency across the finance function.
- Business partner with operational teams, providing commercial support and financial guidance.
Skills & Experience
- ACCA, ACA or CIMA qualified or actively studying towards qualification.
- Previous experience as a Finance Business Partner, Finance Manager, or Management Accountant.
- Strong technical accounting knowledge with excellent commercial awareness.
- Experience preparing management accounts, budgets, forecasts, and financial reports.
