Warehouse Manager East London £40k- £50k DOE Monday-Friday Are you an experienced Warehouse Manager looking for a new challenge? Our well-established client based in East London are looking for a Warehouse Manager to join their growing team! As a Warehouse Manager you will be: Organise and manage the safe storage of products within the warehouse. Oversee logistics processes, including goods-in, daily stock accuracy, and goods-out operations. Ensure all warehouse operations comply with safety standards, and staff receive up-to-date and relevant training. Utilize real-time data collection to enhance accuracy and productivity. Maintain a high level of stock accuracy. Ensure the quality and accuracy of all goods or equipment received and dispatched. Uphold health, safety, and security standards and enforce company policies and regulations. Manage staff by building strong teams, providing training, and monitoring production performance. Communicate effectively with clients, vendors, suppliers, and customers. Collaborate with other departments to ensure appropriate stock levels and availability to meet customer demands. Maintain warehouse machinery and tools, ensuring they are in excellent working condition. The successful candidate will have/be: Experience in warehouse operations within a fast-paced distribution environment A strong and fair leader who can deal with disciplinaries and other issues effectively. A combilift or counterbalance licence. Experience with change to using warehouse scanners is desirable Exceptional organisation and leadership skills. A keen eye for detail to ensure accuracy across the board.
