Salary: Β£30k - Β£32k (DOE) + excellent benefits + training and progression

The Role

  • Operate and maintain production machinery and equipment across multiple manufacturing processes
  • Ensure products are manufactured to the correct specifications, maintaining high-quality standards at all times
  • Support continuous improvement initiatives and actively contribute to the 5S programme
  • Use initiative and problem-solving skills to improve processes and maintain production efficiency
  • Work closely with the production team to meet daily targets while maintaining a safe and compliant working environment

About You

  • Experience working in a manufacturing environment, ideally in food, beverage, pharmaceutical, or general production
  • Knowledge of Lean manufacturing principles and GMP (Good Manufacturing Practice) standards
  • Strong understanding of Health and Safety in the workplace
  • Excellent team player with strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Able to multi-task, work under pressure, and solve problems effectively
  • Passionate about quality, continuous improvement, and developing your production skills
