The Role
- Operate and maintain production machinery and equipment across multiple manufacturing processes
- Ensure products are manufactured to the correct specifications, maintaining high-quality standards at all times
- Support continuous improvement initiatives and actively contribute to the 5S programme
- Use initiative and problem-solving skills to improve processes and maintain production efficiency
- Work closely with the production team to meet daily targets while maintaining a safe and compliant working environment
About You
- Experience working in a manufacturing environment, ideally in food, beverage, pharmaceutical, or general production
- Knowledge of Lean manufacturing principles and GMP (Good Manufacturing Practice) standards
- Strong understanding of Health and Safety in the workplace
- Excellent team player with strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Able to multi-task, work under pressure, and solve problems effectively
- Passionate about quality, continuous improvement, and developing your production skills
