An established and well-regarded automotive business is looking to add a Claims Inspector to their aftersales team. You’ll play a key role in reviewing warranty claims, assessing technical issues, and working closely with customers to resolve queries fairly and efficiently.
What you’ll be doing:
- Reviewing and assessing warranty claims with a technical eye
- Investigating component failures and identifying root causes
- Producing clear, professional technical reports to support decisions
- Managing claims through to completion within agreed timescales
- Liaising with customers and internal teams to explain outcomes clearly
What we’re looking for:
- Practical experience working with vehicles or automotive components
- A recognised qualification in vehicle maintenance or a similar discipline
