An excellent opportunity has arisen with my client, a prestigious boutique law firm with multiple offices across London. Join this full-service law firm that work hard to nurture and foster a positive working culture which is warm and inspiring. You will have the opportunity to lead a diverse Private Client Team and play a pivotal role in the firm s long-term growth strategy.
Duties include:
- Managing a busy caseload of Private Client matters for clients with instructions covering Wills, Lasting Powers of Attorney, Trust and Planning advice, Court of Protection applications and Probate applications and estate administration
- Liaising with the Dispute Resolution Team with regards to Contentious Probate matters
- Contribute to business development efforts to facilitate growth of the department and the wider firm
- Acting as a leading figure within the team, mentoring more junior staff members
The successful candidate will have/be:
- 5 to 10 years PQE in managing your own caseload of Private Client matters
- Excellent management capabilities
- An interest in contributing to business development efforts
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
