Job Title: Residential Conveyancer Salary: £40,000 – £50,000 (depending on experience) Location: Leeds Overview: An excellent opportunity has arisen with my client, the largest direct conveyancer in England and Wales who is at the forefront of the conveyancing market. I am currently recruiting for a Residential Conveyancer to join a friendly and collaborative team to manage a caseload of freehold and leasehold sale and purchase transactions. Duties include: Manage a caseload of freehold and leasehold sale and purchase transactions Leasehold title checking and dealing with enquiries/property reports on a purchase Dealing with enquiries on a sale Limited involvement on shared ownership/Newbuild transactions Liaising with clients to agree exchange and completion dates Carry out AML & SOF checks The successful candidate will have/be: Previous Residential Conveyancing experience essential (minimum of 2 years running a sale and purchase caseload) Experience of dealing with leasehold essential Excellent communication and customer service skills Ability to meet tight deadlines and targets & work under pressure Good team player who can work on your own initiative Excellent attention to detail Package: £40,000 – £50,000 (depending on experience) Discretionary bonus scheme 25 days holiday + BH Paid leave on your birthday Salary sacrifice scheme Free weekend parking and rail travel season ticket Hybrid working arrangements (3 days in, 2 days off) If you feel you meet the above criteria, please apply online for immediate consideration
