Sales Office Manager
East London
Salary £40,000 – £50,000
Mon – Fri 08.00-17.00
We’re seeking an experienced Sales Office Manager to lead a busy sales team for a well-established manufacturing company in East London. You’ll inspire your team to exceed targets, improve processes, and deliver exceptional customer service — while providing strong administrative support to the wider Sales division.
Key responsibilities:
- Lead and motivate the team to deliver first-class customer service.
- Ensure KPIs are met and processes are followed across departments.
- Drive improvements to policies, systems, and procedures.
- Coach and train sales coordinators, monitoring performance and attendance.
- Collaborate with the Sales Director and key stakeholders to meet business goals.
What we’re looking for:
- 2+ years in a similar role (manufacturing/engineering preferred).
- Strong leadership, people management, and interpersonal skills.
- Commercial awareness with a customer-first mindset.
- Adaptable and flexible, able to adjust quickly to changing priorities and work effectively in fast-paced, evolving environments.
