Internal Sales Executive in Rochester

Duties * Handle inbound calls and enquiries from customers interested in solar PV systems * Conduct needs-based consultations to recommend suitable solar solutions * Explain system benefits, costs, savings, and installation processes clearly and confidently * Convert qualified inbound leads into completed sales * Accurately record customer interactions and sales activity in the CRM system * Work closely with design, survey, and installation teams to ensure smooth customer handover * Maintain a high standard of customer service throughout the sales journey * Consistently meet or exceed sales targets and KPIs Skills * Minimum 1 year of sales experience - no direct experience needed * Strong phone-based sales and objection-handling skills * Confident communicator with a professional and consultative approach * Self-motivated, target-driven, and results-focused * Good IT skills and experience using CRM systems What’s on Offer: * Competitive £35,000 basic salary + comms * Dealing with inbound calls - no cold calling! * Opportunity to grow within a fast-expanding renewable energy sector * Supportive sales environment with ongoing training and development This role is being handled by Sam Palmer - Pearson Whiffin
