Job Description Production Supervisor\\n\\n£ Competitive\\n\\nMid Kent\\n\\n6am – 2pm\\n\\nWe are looking to recruit an experienced Production Supervisor to work for our client’s leading organisation. \\n\\nAs the Production Supervisor, you will be:\\n\\nLeading the team of Production staff.\\n\\t\\nEnsuring all staff members understand what is expected from them each shift by completing daily and weekly shift plans.\\n\\t\\nProviding training for staff to ensure they can perform all required tasks adequately.\\n\\t\\nLiaising with agencies to book in temporary staff to ensure each shift has a sufficient number of staff.\\n\\t\\nLeading process improvements within factory.\\n\\t\\nProviding daily reports to the Production Manager after each shift.\\n\\t\\nCarrying out HR duties including disciplinaries, reviews, interviews, holiday approvals, etc.\\n\\t\\nAny other duties required.\\n\\nThe successful Production Supervisor, you will have/be:\\n\\nPrevious experience in a similar management/supervisory role, ideally from an FMCG background.\\n\\t\\nAble to work in a fast-paced environment.\\n\\t\\nStrong communication and leadership skil…
