An exciting opportunity has come about to join a successful design company based in South East London as a Receptionist and Office Administrator. This is a busy role, split between two areas. If you enjoy working within a fast-paced environment and are looking for a varied role, then look no further!

Our client is looking for someone hands-on and proactive who is happy to support the wider team with a variety of tasks while also being the welcoming face of the business. As the first point of contact for high-end clients and visitors, you will need to be professional, polished and confident front of house, whilst also happy to roll your sleeves up and get involved behind the scenes.

Duties to include:

  • Answering phones and being the first port of contact for all visitors
  • Welcoming guests into the office and providing a professional first impression
  • General administration duties, helping the office
  • Postal duties organising, distributing and maintaining stock
  • Recording information onto the company’s spreadsheets and CRM systems
  • Other ad-hoc duties when necessary
