2nd Fix Plumber Required. Location: Maidstone, Kent Start Date: Monday 13th October 2025 Duration: 4 weeks + (good potential for extension across multiple sites) Pay Rate: £220.00 per day Hours: 07:30 – 16:30 Job Description: We are currently seeking an experienced 2nd Fix Plumber to join a project based in Maidstone. The successful candidate will be responsible for carrying out all aspects of 2nd fix plumbing work on a residential site. Key Responsibilities: Installation of sanitary ware, taps, showers, and associated pipework Fitting radiators, valves, and completing final plumbing connections Testing systems and ensuring all works are completed to a high standard Working from drawings and plans to complete installations accurately Liaising with site management and other trades to ensure smooth workflow Adhering to all site health & safety regulations Requirements: Proven experience in 2nd fix plumbing Valid CSCS card (essential) Own tools and PPE Ability to work independently and as part of a team Strong attention to detail and high-quality finish Additional Information: Immediate start on Monday 13th October 2025 Working hours: 07:30 – 16:30 Rate: £220.00 per day Weekly pay Rob Pearson @ PW Construction Recruitment is managing this temporary role.
