Are you looking to join a high-growth business where no two days are the same? My client is on the lookout for an exceptional Office Manager to become the heartbeat of their business. This isn't your typical Office Manager role. You'll be at the centre of everything keeping the office running like clockwork, supporting teams across the business, building fantastic relationships, and making sure no two days are ever the same. From rolling up your sleeves to solving problems before they arise, you'll be the go-to person everyone relies on. Duties include:
- Act as the first point of contact for office-related queries and support across the business.
- Coordinate office maintenance, facilities, repairs.
- Manage office supplies, equipment, stationery, and supplier relationships to ensure the team has everything they need.
- Help create a fun, engaging, and productive office environment where employees can do their best work.
- Provide high-level administrative support to senior leadership, including complex diary management, meeting coordination, minute-taking, action tracking, and the preparation of board packs.
- Anticipate the needs of senior leaders and proactively provide support, ensuring priorities are managed efficiently.
- Support HR administration, including holiday tracking, maintaining employee records, preparing employment contracts, and assisting with general HR processes.
- Coordinate team logistics, including filming, travel, and general operations.
- Organise company events, socials, and team activities.
The right candidate will have/be:
- Someone who is confident, approachable, and comfortable building relationships across all levels of the business.
- Strong attention to detail with the ability to manage multiple priorities and stay organised under pressure.
- Ideally someone who has previously worked with SME’s.
- Previous experience in office management/EA or business operations is essential.
