Our client, one of the UK's largest and most successful housing developers, are looking for an experienced New Homes Sales Adviser to launch and sell a brand new scheme of 80 x 2, 3 & 4 bedroom houses in an East Kent coastal village location.
Initially the site will be open five days a week and the successful applicant will be working single-manned, based from the sales suite, on a 10am to 5pm, Thursday to Monday shift pattern.
This is a chance to join a huge UK brand, with a large, continuous landbank in Kent; ensuring job security and local employment. It is also a chance to access a brilliant commission scheme that includes up to £30,000 of bonuses, on top of a very competitive £32,000 basic salary, giving a £62,000 OTE.
Crucially too, given the current, tricky market conditions, is their sales model, which offers purchasers the ability to buy their dream new home, cheaper than almost anywhere else and then upgrade to suit their budget. As Sales Adviser, you will also benefit as you will be paid commission on all upgrades and extras.
