We are looking for an experienced Network Project Manager to lead a key infrastructure programme within a dynamic retail environment. This is an exciting opportunity to take ownership of a large-scale network infrastructure project, delivering improvements across multiple retail locations.

The successful candidate will be responsible for the end-to-end delivery of a project focused on rationalising and organising structured data cabling, as well as coordinating the installation of new communications cabinets across multiple sites. You will work closely with internal IT teams, third-party suppliers, and site stakeholders to ensure projects are delivered safely, on time, and within budget.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead the planning, execution, and successful delivery of a multi-site network infrastructure project.
  • Manage the organisation and remediation of structured data cabling across retail locations.
  • Coordinate the installation of new communications cabinets and associated network infrastructure.
  • Develop and maintain project plans, schedules, budgets, and risk registers.
  • Manage third-party vendors, contractors, and internal technical teams.
  • Ensure projects are delivered in line with quality, safety, and operational standards.
  • Provide regular project updates and reporting to key stakeholders.
  • Identify and mitigate project risks while managing dependencies across multiple sites.
Required Skills & Experience
  • Proven experience delivering network infrastructure projects within retail or other multi-site environments.
  • Strong understanding of structured cabling, network hardware, and communications cabinet installations.
  • Excellent project management skills, including planning, scheduling, budgeting, and resource management.
  • Experience coordinating multiple suppliers and managing concurrent site deployments.
  • Strong stakeholder management and communication skills with both technical and non-technical audiences.
  • Familiarity with project management methodologies such as PRINCE2, Agile, or ITIL (certifications are advantageous).
