Package: £41,650 per annum + benefits
Hours: Monday - Thursday: 06:00 – 16:30, Friday: 06:00 – 14:30 (48 hours weekly). Some flexibility may occasionally be required to support wider operational activities.

We're working with a specialist engineering manufacturer that is looking to strengthen one of its key production areas with the appointment of a Production Team Leader. This is a hands-on leadership role where you'll take responsibility for a skilled team, ensuring production targets are achieved whilst maintaining exceptional standards of quality, safety and efficiency. This opportunity would suit somebody who enjoys being visible on the shop floor, solving problems, improving processes and helping others develop.
