Manufacturing Engineer Medway Up to £40k We are currently recruiting for an experienced Manufacturing Engineer to join a growing production engineering team based in Medway.
This is an excellent opportunity for an engineer with an Electrical/Electronics Engineering background to take ownership of production engineering projects, improve manufacturing processes and introduce lean and automation solutions across the factory floor.
You’ll play a key role in supporting new product introductions, developing production processes, improving productivity and reducing waste, while working closely with engineers, technicians, production teams and external suppliers.
As a Manufacturing Engineer, you will be responsible for supporting effective production across the factory and driving continuous improvement initiatives.
Duties include: Supporting New Product Introductions (NPIs) and pre-production activities.
Implementing new manufacturing processes on the factory floor.
Supporting technicians with fault diagnosis and repair of production equipment.
Updating controlled drawings and technical documentation.
Introducing LEAN improvements to increase productivity and reduce waste.
