This is a varied, physical role based in a busy production environment, where you will be primarily shot blasting and supporting the wider team with general manufacturing and fettling tasks.
What You’ll Be Doing:
- Operate machinery including pattern injection, soluble injection, wax extruder, and band saw.
- Carry out production tasks such as wax inspection, kitting, and manual handling.
- Use touch screen booking systems and complete job cards accurately.
- Maintain high standards of health, safety, and housekeeping at all times.
- Work in line with risk assessments, safe systems of work, and PPE requirements.
What We’re Looking For:
- Previous factory or production experience is essential.
- Previous experience preparing metal for painting is an advantage.
- Physically fit and comfortable with manual handling.
- A team player with a positive, can-do attitude.
- Attention to detail and a willingness to follow instructions closely.
